Installation and Operation
- The pump must be installed in a submerged location with adequate access to the power supply, overcurrent protection, proper grounding, and a shutdown device in case of blockage or failure.
- Verify that the installation location has clean water or, if applicable, adequately treated water—blockages or the presence of solids can affect performance or damage the impeller.
- Suction and discharge piping should be sized to minimize head loss, making the most of the available manometric head.
- Use a check valve on the discharge line to prevent water backflow and hydraulic shocks during shutdown.
- The modular panel allows you to configure the timer and flow rate. It is recommended to schedule the start-up during off-peak hours or in automatic sequence, and adjust the flow rate according to the actual water load you wish to move.
- Preventive maintenance: periodic cleaning of the impeller, checking seals, lubrication (if applicable), and inspection of the digital panel to ensure correct operation of the controls.
- In case of power interruption or out-of-specification operation, the panel may display alarms or indicators — follow the installation manual to restore parameters.
