1 - What are the payment methods for my purchase?

2 A - What is the shipping cost for lightweight products?

There are two ways to find out the shipping cost for lightweight products:

  1. You can simulate unit shipping in the CALCULATE SHIPPING field below each product you view.
    The total shipping cost will be shown based on the total order and your location, at checkout, at the time before you purchase.

2 B - What is the shipping cost for heavy products, why do you only have the option of combined shipping?

In the case of heavy products such as filtering systems, air compressors, feeders, and several other products that we sell, it is not possible to perform the automatic calculation as in the post office; to know the freight you should call or send us an e-mail with your order and we will calculate the freight with our partner carriers or the carrier of your desire, because Brazil is a large country and shipping varies greatly from state to state.

5 - How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time depends on the type of shipping selected, your location, and the type of product. In general, small products such as compressors, wizards, or diffusers take between 5 and 10 business days after payment confirmation to arrive, while larger products and products for more distant states take longer. But don't worry, we send the tracking of all products, so if any unexpected event occurs we will let you know and we will always be ready to serve you.

6 - What is the deadline for an exchange?

If you regret the purchase, you have up to 7 calendar days after the purchase to request a refund.

7 - What to do if the product does not arrive in good condition?

If the product arrives with a damaged box, refuse to receive it and contact our team immediately at contato@brasilpiscis.com.br to solve the problem. 

8 - Do you make projects? And Installation? Do you attend all over Brazil?

Yes! We do projects for fish farms, ornamental pools, water mirrors and ornamental lakes. We orient customers in their works by telephone, or in person (negotiation of the technician's cost), but we do not do the installation because we do not have manpower for heavy services. We serve the entire Brazilian territory, and we have already done projects all over the country. The conditions to go to your state can be negotiated, because Brasil Piscis will put you in first place all the time.

9 - Do you provide consulting services for fish farmers and aquaculture producers?

Yes, we do. We have several monthly plans for our fish farming clients, where you can choose from basic plans to plans with complete zootechnical, administrative and legal advice! We also make one-day visits, but remembering that the interesting thing is to always have a professional by your side, as well as every company has an accountant, every producer should have a team of zoo-technicians, engineers and lawyers always ready to increase your income and reduce waste.

10 - Do you sell feed for fish farming?

Yes, we work with ration for intensive creation of piscicultures, these rations, as Nanolis or Laguna have a minimum purchase of 1 ton (equivalent to 40 sacks), because our objective with them is to cheapen the cost for the intensive production.

11 - Do you offer post-purchase assistance?

Yes, our objective is to guarantee that you have the best buying experience and also the post-buying experience, being assisted with whatever you need to guarantee the success of your production.
